1 INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy allows you to familiarize yourself with the type of personal data that Iquility is responsible for processing. It is important to us that you know what personal data we process so that you can protect your rights in accordance with data protection regulations.

 

2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA PROCESSING AND SHARING

The Managing Director is responsible for all processing of personal data by Iquility AS (org.nr. 918 848 525). If you have any questions about this privacy policy or our assessments, you can contact us at post@iquility.com.

Iquility's technical partner Mayu Technologies is responsible for the development and maintenance of ore web solutions. Except for the access that Mayu Technologies will have to the information within the framework of this responsibility, we do not share your data with any external entities.

 

3. WHEN WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

We process data about you mainly in the following cases:

• When you visit our iquility.com website 

• When you subscribe to our newsletter

• When you contact us by e-mail

Visits to our websites - statistics from the website server.

We use logs from our web server to generate statistics of visits to our pages. These statistics allow us to improve the information on the website, which includes various variables such as the page visited, the date and time of the visit and technical information about your device. In practice, it will not be possible to identify visitors based on the remaining parameters. The statistics are therefore anonymous and this information cannot be associated with you as an individual. The legal basis for processing data to generate anonymous statistics is the EU GDPR, which allows us to collect information necessary to protect a legitimate interest that overrides the privacy of an individual.


Visits to our websites – cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you access a website. Some cookies are necessary for the operation of various services available on our website. In addition, we use cookies to analyze the use of our websites. The basis for our processing of cookies is your consent.

Subscription to our newsletter

 

Iquility may send newsletters to people who have registered for this purpose in our system. The newsletter contains information about our activities, news and offers. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the appropriate link or by contacting us. The basis for processing this data is your consent given when signing up for the newsletter, and Iquility uses your data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

You can contact us at the email address and your message is your  consent to the processing of your personal data. Emails received by us are regularly deleted if they are not relevant. In practice, this means that such email should not be stored for longer than about a year.
